Terms & Conditions

Documents Needed:
All guests have to present their passport and credit card upon check in.

Check In:
Check in time is after 14.00 hrs.

Check Out:
Check out time is after 12.00 hrs.

Terms of Payment:
The minimum deposit payment of 5,000 Baht is due on reservation. Then 1 month charge plus 20,000 baht deposit is payable on check in date, and the final adjustment will be made on check out date.

If the rental is more than 1 month, the monthly rental charge will be paid in the end of each month or as specify in rental agreement.

Cancellation Fees:
If the reservation is cancelled, an administration fee of 5,000 Baht will be charged. There is no refund for early return of villa for any reason whatsoever.
